The Plants for Members program has been an effort to encourage member
involvement and a reward program for those that are active members. Below
you will find the documents that go along with the program. First is the
program policy that covers the purpose, requirements to participate and the
expectations of participants. There is also contact information included at
the end of the policy for the committee. The second is the contract that
each member will sign when they receive plants.
Participants are encouraged to make a prioritized list of plants that
they are interested in so that when their turn comes, they get the plant
they wanted in case another member has taken their first choice. Also,
remember that you can choose not to take a plant if the one you wanted has
already been chosen.
