Superb from its first bloom, the pale lavender pink petals are enhanced with a faint pencil thin eye of lavender outlining a green triangular throat. The double edge of pale yellow and lavender complete the finishing touches on this beauty. Plant habit and plant proportions are excellent. Fertile both ways.

(Peat, J.)  Sev., Fr., M., Re., 23 in. sc.; 6 in. fl., 4 way branching with 30 buds. Tony Thompson loves this flower so much that when he is the garden I can never pollinate on her or use the pollen. 'Donnie Kaye's Smile' is named after the woman Tony would have married if he hadn't fallen in love with Ms. Susie T. first! This wide petalled flower has super thick substance and a beautifully ruffled edge that in the early morning shows off a bright lime green tint to it. The throat is a deep, dark green and the sepals and petals neatly roll back. Overall this flower is a real show stopper, very refined like the southern lady it is named for. Pod and Pollen fertile. Limited. 'Substance Galore' x ('Gringot's Gold' x 'Moment in the Sun')

DOVE OF PEACE continues with the qualities that I love in a daylily ~~~large, round ruffled form with blunt sepals and clear color. This pale cream with a hint of pink blush and pale yellow ruffled flower is enhanced with a bright green throat. Its fragrance is delicate and refined. Great parents give great results. Fertile both ways.

(Jane Trimmer 2012) 36" Tet 7 1/2" E. Re Ev. - This cultivar starts out early with first blooms as a light creme yellow with an eye pattern of blue and raspberry. About a week into the season the base color pales out closer to creme with a rainbow eye pattern of lavender, blue, raspberry and yellow. Dan’s two best patterned seedlings in 2011 were from a cross of DRAGONFLY DAWN X TET TEXAS KALEIDOSCOPE. They both had a excellent eye patterns! DRAGONFLY DAWN dose wonderful up north. 25 buds and 3 laterals.  (Solar Blue Angel X Jamaican Love)  VERY pod and pollen fertile!

(Gossard 2013) – 31” Dip, 10” Mid, Dor, DBL UFO-cascade Spider 4.4 to 1 ratio, Fra, RE, emo - red with darker red eye zone and very green throat.  'Dr Doom' is shocking, a 10-inch double UFO spider. Takes Temple's spider lines to another dimension. Color is very good. There are few if any double red spiders, other than my 'Mr Crabs'. One could cross 'Dr Doom' and 'Mr Crabs' together and start a whole new line.  3-4 way branching 18-22 buds. (Rouge and Curls x Purple Many Faces) x (Heavenly Spider Monkey) Fertile both ways.

(Peat, J.) JP-11-02 - Sev., Fr., M., Re., 25 in. sc.; 5.5 in. fl., 4 way branching with 30 buds. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, well not in this case - a horrible picture of a beautiful flower. Eventually I will learn how to use the new camera. This dark burgundy-purple has white sharks teeth all over the petal edges and sepal edges. A faint lavender-purple watermark appears above a golden-yellow throat with small dark green center. A nicely ruffled flower with dark black veins. Fertile both ways. ‘Larry's Obsession’ x (‘Forbidden Desires' x 'Fortune's Dearest').

This is not a large EE but will get between 3-4 feet tall with 24X18 inch size leafs. The green leaf is speckled with white blotches. Sometimes the white gets out of control and takes over 1/4 or 1/2 the leaf. This year one of my plants produced a completely white leaf. (White leaves don't last that long in the sun, get burnt up.) No leaf will be the same in markings as it's quite variable.
